"How is this different from using an outsourcing agency?"

"What does the $5,000 fee cover?"

Everything up to the hire. Job brief, headhunting, resume screening, video assessments, practical skills testing, background checks, and reference checks. You get a shortlist of vetted candidates, you pick the one you want, and they start. The fee is paid once and only if you choose to make the hire — there's nothing after that.

"Where do you source the talent?"

Our talent pool is centred on high-calibre professionals in the Philippines and Nepal - selected for their strong English communication, proven work ethic, alignment with Australian business standards, integrity, and seamless timezone compatibility with Australian teams. While we specialise in Philippines and Nepal based talent, we can also source from other countries on request.

"How long does it take?"

Most placements are completed within 2–4 weeks from brief to start date.

"What about client data security?"

You control access. Most firms run role-based permissions in their CRM and practice management software, so your hire only sees what they need to. Client data is no more exposed than it would be with any other employee — because the access controls are entirely yours.

"What if the hire doesn't work out?"
